Dr. Tsai employs a data-driven approach in her research, leveraging large-scale databases such as cancer registries, national health surveys, and Medicare claims to uncover patterns and disparities in colorectal cancer (CRC) prevention and outcomes. By applying rigorous multi-level statistical analyses, she identifies key predictors of CRC survival and evaluates the impact of social determinants of health. This evidence-based methodology ensures that her findings are grounded in real-world data, supporting targeted interventions and policy recommendations aimed at improving cancer care access and reducing disparities.
