Syllabus and Course Outline Templates

This Syllabus Template is a standardized syllabus, a new requirement from the University System of Georgia for all Core IMPACTS courses and all College of Education and Human Development courses. Beginning in fall 2026, this standardized syllabus will be required for all AU courses.

The CII Course Outline Template is ADA-compliant, but any added content must also meet accessibility standards to maintain overall compliance.

Use the course outline template to create a student-centered document aligned with best practices and designed to support student success.

Before using it, check with your department to confirm whether a different format or additional college or departmental information is required.
