Bio

Dr. Kutlar has served »Æ¹Ï¶ÌÊÓƵ since 1982 where he has made major contributions to clinical care, basic science, clinical research, and educational activities. He is a graduate of Ankara University Medical School in Ankara, Turkey. He completed his residency and one year as chief resident and fellowship in internal medicine/hematology at Istanbul University Medical School in Istanbul, Turkey.
