I am focused on advancing simulation-based medical education, with emphasis on standardized patient methodology, longitudinal EPA-aligned assessment, and development of communication, clinical reasoning, and professionalism skills among medical learners. I am committed to faculty development and innovative curriculum design across clerkship and enrichment phases to ensure high-quality, experiential training.

Research Interests
My academic interests include optimization of standardized patient programs, simulation design, and evaluation frameworks for competency-based medical education. Clinically, I focus on hospital medicine and health informatics, particularly improving EHR workflows, clinical decision support, and technology-enabled quality and safety initiatives in the inpatient setting.
