Bio

Dr. Larson has many years of experience teaching public and environmental health and food systems and nutrition, providing students community-engaged learning experiences, including project and problem-based learning. Additionally, she has many years of professional experience in school nutrition administration and public health nutrition and life skills programming for youth with disabilities.
