Broadly trained biologist for multiple metazoans (chordate and non-chordate). At this stage of my career, I utilize mostly next generation sequencing (NGS) to query biology. My NGS projects harness the power of single-cell RNA-seq, single-cell ATAC-seq, and spatial transcriptomics. My multiple modalities approach helps to unravel complex biology of vascular biology not found with classical molecular biology approaches.
