The Office of the Registrar is responsible for updating the University catalog each year and for meeting the goal of publishing the new catalog by July 1. The Registrar’s Office notifies colleges, schools, and departments via (formerly Curriculog) to review their information in the catalog and processes edits as they are received. The annual review process begins in late April and is completed through Curriculum. Colleges, schools, and departments are required to review, approve the current catalog page, and submit any requested edits on the Curriculum Catalog Review proposal. After all approvals are provided and edits are made, the Catalog is published.
Each year in late April, the Registrar's Office initiates Catalog Review proposals through Curriculum. Colleges, departments, and schools must approve their current catalog page(s) or submit suggested edits before the review period closes.
Proposals are typically routed to whoever served as point of contact in a previous review cycle or the department or program head. If you received a proposal in error, email catalog@augusta.edu so it can be rerouted.
Only editorial changes are accepted during the review period — no course or program requirement changes.
