                     Employee Relations provides information on the annual performance evaluation process
                           at »Æ¹Ï¶ÌÊÓÆµ. It outlines the key deadlines and procedures for evaluating Executive Leadership,
                        Staff, and Faculty. You'll find details on who is responsible for completing evaluations,
                        submission deadlines, and where to find the necessary forms and instructions.

Executive Leadership Evaluations
                  
                  
                     
                     
                        
                        - Executive Leaders should complete self-evaluations and submit them to their managers
                           by January 31 each year.
- Managers should complete employee evaluations and meet with employees by February
                           28 each year.
- All Staff evaluations are due to Human Resources no later than March 15 each year.
- Evaluations should be completed and signed by the employee and the manager. DocuSign

Classified Staff Evaluations
                  
                  
                     
                     
                        
                        - Staff should complete self-evaluations and submit them to their managers by January
                           each year.
- Managers should complete employee evaluations and meet with employees by February

                              - HR has created Box folders for the collection of evaluations.  As in previous years,
                                 the title of the folder is AU Staff Evaluations.
- Each college/department/unit will have a designated representative for the collection
                                 of evaluations that will be granted access to a Box folder. 
- If the designated representative has changed, please send an email to AUHR_Employee_Relations@augusta.edu to identify your college/department/unit representative for collection and uploading
                                 of the completed evaluations.
- Completed and signed evaluations should be scanned and uploaded to the staff evaluation
                                 Box account created during the last evaluation cycle.
- Under your specific folder, please create a "2025 Staff Evaluations" sub-folder to
                                 upload your department evaluations.

                  Faculty Evaluations
                  
                     
                     The Office of Faculty Affairs is responsible for the annual evaluation of faculty. 
                           Information regarding this process, including the faculty evaluation policy, form,
                           calendar and, PACT instruction are  located on the Office of Faculty Affairs website.
