This system supports multiple projects under the Director of Web and Digital Services, providing architecture and programming expertise. This role collaborates with the Web Services team and stakeholders to analyze requirements, and supports both new and existing PHP applications, databases, and related infrastructure.
Each embedded support team includes a PC Systems Analyst (PCSA) who provides fast, professional IT support to their assigned college. PCSAs troubleshoot issues, offer personalized training, and proactively improve systems to support »Æ¹Ï¶ÌÊÓƵ's mission.
This role analyzes, implements, and modifies application systems, handling planning, programming, testing, debugging, and deployment within established standards. It supports database, client-server, and internet environments. The incumbent collaborates with analysts and users to define requirements and manages moderately complex projects, directing junior analysts or coordinating with technical teams. They may also assist in documenting application deployment and operations.
