The Cloud Engineer serves as a senior IT professional responsible for maintaining and supporting Office 365, email archiving/DLP, and related virtualization and infrastructure components. This role requires strong analytical and decision-making skills, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and proven experience managing Office 365 environments and enhancements.
This role analyzes, implements, and modifies application systems, handling planning, programming, testing, debugging, and deployment within established standards. It supports database, client-server, and internet environments. The incumbent collaborates with analysts and users to define requirements and manages moderately complex projects, directing junior analysts or coordinating with technical teams. They may also assist in documenting application deployment and operations.
The AV Technologist II sets up and operates instructional technologies, video conferencing, and AV equipment, collaborating with faculty, staff, and students while providing excellent customer service and tier II support. They communicate clearly to resolve issues, mentor student AV workers, work closely with the AV team, log incidents in ServiceNow, and may support events during evenings or weekends.
Manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, integrations, automation, and ITIL process support, while ensuring compliance, data integrity, and system performance. Provide technical support, training, and documentation, collaborate with stakeholders to deliver solutions, and apply continuous improvement to optimize service delivery and operational efficiency.
