The JagCard is the official identification for »Æ¹Ï¶ÌÊÓƵ.

CARRY OR DISPLAY YOUR JAGCARD?

  • You should carry your JagCard with you on the Summerville and Forest Hills campuses
  • You must display your JagCard at all times when you are on the Health Sciences Campus or the River Front Campus

Your JagCard is the property of »Æ¹Ï¶ÌÊÓƵ. The use of this card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions of »Æ¹Ï¶ÌÊÓƵ's policies governing its use. The JagCard MUST be returned upon the end of employment, contract, academic enrollment, and/or upon request from an »Æ¹Ï¶ÌÊÓƵ Official. Please note that there is no longer a fee for replacement JagCards.

We are now using the QLess appointment scheduling & queue management system. QLess allows you to get in line virtually without being physically present. It helps to eliminate lines, speed up service delivery, save time, and promotes social distancing! Use the link below to get in line!

Using Your Jagcard

The JagCard is your key to campus services! 

Use your JagCard to gain access to many Athletic, Cultural, or Student Life Events. You can also add a meal plan or JagCash. The JagCard is NOT a credit card! You can only spend whatever funds you have deposited on the card, a bit like your bank debit card. Once the funds are spent you will need to deposit more money to continue making purchases.

We are excited to offer a new platform that will allow us to add newer, more modern and enhanced functionality for your campus card!

Introducing the »Æ¹Ï¶ÌÊÓƵ eAccounts app. Download the Transact eAccounts app from the or . Select »Æ¹Ï¶ÌÊÓƵ the first time you use it and log in with your NetID and credentials. Here you can manage your card in many ways: Submit your online photo for your card, manage your Meal Plan in real time, check how many swipes you have left, check your transaction history, and view your campus funds balance (JagCash and Flex Dollars), lock your card so no one uses it if you cannot find it, and deposit funds (Jag Cash) to your campus card. 

Do you need to make a deposit to a student’s JagCard account - JagCash? Anyone can do this with student’s ID number and last name. Any funds deposited into a student account can only be used on campus/ campus dining locations.

*You can ONLY make a Guest Deposit from the web site. Guest Deposit does not work in the eAccounts app. Students can make their own deposits, if they wish in the eAccounts app.

Transact EAcounts

Managing your JagCard account is now easier than ever with the Transact eAccounts mobile app and web portal. »Æ¹Ï¶ÌÊÓƵ students, faculty, and staff can now conveniently manage many campus card services directly from their phone or computer — anytime, anywhere.

What Can You Do with Transact eAccounts?

With the Transact eAccounts app, you can:

  • View your JagCard account balances in real time
  • Add funds to JagCash accounts
  • Monitor recent account activity and transactions
  • Real time information on your Meal Plan (how many swipes, transactions, etc.)
  • Temporarily deactivate (lock) and reactivate your card (unlock) for added security **Remember only your most recent issued card will work. If you received a replacement card, you cannot unlock an older card**
  • Family and Friends can to JagCard account holders' accounts with a student ID and last name. Available on the web only.
  • Report a lost or stolen card immediately
  • Upload and manage your ID photo
