Facilities carry out planning, design, and construction across »Æ¹Ï¶ÌÊÓƵ. We are responsible for long-term university planning and project delivery.

»Æ¹Ï¶ÌÊÓƵ Facilities handles all capitol project development on campus. We work with leadership to review requests and facilitate the project development process from initial discovery efforts through professional design services. We are the liaison between »Æ¹Ï¶ÌÊÓƵ, the Board of Regents Real Estate and Facilities Office, and the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC), handling all reporting for consultant procurement, capitol and facility planning, and space management activities. We are involved with:

• Capitol projections
• Master planning
• Concept development
• Consultant and construction service contracts
• Construction management
• Maintenance program development
• Interior design that reflects the AU professional design standards
