Cancellation policy

This policy applies to direct bookings of Villa LEA and Villa EVA (on this website or with the host). For bookings made through Booking.com or Airbnb, the cancellation terms you chose on the platform apply.

Cancellation charges

• More than 21 days before arrival: cancellation is free of charge.
• 21 days or less before arrival: 100% of the booking value.
• No-show without cancellation: 100% of the booking value.

Payment

You pay the full amount 21 days before arrival, when the free cancellation period ends. For bookings made 21 days or less before arrival, you pay the full amount when booking. This way, no money needs to be refunded when you cancel in time.

How to cancel

Send your cancellation in writing to the villa's e-mail address (lea.villamarezige@gmail.com or eva.villamarezige@gmail.com) or through the contact form. The date we receive it applies; you will get a confirmation by e-mail.

Early departure

If you end your stay early, nights not used are not refunded.
