Villa LEA is a modern holiday home for up to 10 guests (8 + 2), made for rest and an unhurried holiday.
On arrival, a bottle of excellent local organic wine awaits you, made from grapes grown in the vineyards right next to our villas, together with a few Istrian treats. A small gesture to give you a true taste of Slovenian Istria.

Better than you could expectA modern house in excellent condition; the kitchen has everything you need and more. The hosts are wonderful, warm and always happy to help: when they saw we had a child with us, they brought a mattress and pool toys, and they told us where to eat and what to see in the area. Everything spotlessly clean, the house is air-conditioned and the windows have mosquito nets. Beautiful view. You can feel at home there.

Gospodarze – cudowni, serdeczni, zawsze chętnie do pomocy, gdy widzieli, że jest z nami dziecko dostarczyli materac i zabawki do basenu, podpowiedzieli gdzie zjeść, co zobaczyć w okolicy. Wszystko nieskazitelnie czyste, dom klimatyzowany, w oknach moskitiery. Piękny widok. Można się tam czuć jak w domu.
A beautiful and comfortable property, modern and well equipped, ideal for 8 people. Very good contact with the owners. During our stay there was a water supply failure in the municipality. Tatjana and her son brought us drinking water, water for washing and a sweet treat.
Piękny i komfortowy obiekt, nowocześnie wyposażony, idealny dla 8 osób. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielami. W czasie pobytu wystąpiła awaria wodociągów w gminie. Tatjana z synem dostarczyli nam wodę pitną, do celów sanitarnych i słodki poczęstunek.

Good to know before you arrive
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out until 10:00. Other times are possible by arrangement.
How many people can stay in the villa?
Up to 10 guests: 8 in four bedrooms and 2 on the sofa bed. Villa LEA and Villa EVA are the same size.
Is the pool heated? When is it open?
Yes. Each villa has its own private heated saltwater pool, open from April to the end of October. It is closed from November to the end of March.
Is charging an electric car free?
Yes. The EV charger at the villa is free for guests.
Is parking available?
Yes. Each villa has private fenced parking, and charging an electric car is free.
What is included in the price?
Bed linen, bath and pool towels, Wi-Fi, parking and electric car charging. Final cleaning and the tourist tax are charged separately and shown in the price breakdown when you book.
Is the villa suitable for families with babies?
Yes. A baby cot with bedding and a high chair are available.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately not, pets are not allowed in the villas.
How far is the sea?
Žusterna beach in Koper is about 14 km, a 15–20 minute drive; the centre of Koper is about 11 km away.
What is the cancellation policy?
For direct bookings, cancellation is free more than 21 days before arrival. If you cancel 21 days or less before arrival, the full amount is charged. Details are in the cancellation policy.
