House rules

Welcome to Villa LEA and Villa EVA, your quiet corner of Marezige. Both villas have been carefully designed for comfort, privacy and relaxed days among the vineyards and olive trees. Please make yourself at home. To keep your stay pleasant for you and for our neighbours, we kindly ask you to follow these house rules.

Arrival and departure

• Check-in from 16:00, check-out until 10:00. Other times are possible by prior arrangement.
• On arrival, please show your booking confirmation and the identity documents of all guests, as required by the law on guest registration.

Guests

• Only registered guests may stay in the villa, no more than the number stated in the booking.
• Visitors who are not registered are only allowed by arrangement with the host.
• Pets are not allowed in the villas.

Peace and neighbours

• Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 7:00.
• Parties, hen and stag parties and similar events are not allowed.
• Guests are responsible for any breach of public order and peace.

Smoking

• Smoking is only allowed on the terrace and outdoors. Please use the ashtrays.

Safety

• Always lock the doors and close the windows when you leave the villa.
• Take care of your keys. Always close the car park gate.
• The pool is used at your own risk; children must always be supervised by an adult at the pool.

Caring for the villa and nature

• Please treat the furniture and equipment with care, and let us know if anything gets damaged.
• Save water and energy; switch off the air conditioning and lights when you go out.
• Please separate your waste and take it to the collection point near the villa.
