Better than you could expectA modern house in excellent condition; the kitchen has everything you need and more. The hosts are wonderful, warm and always happy to help: when they saw we had a child with us, they brought a mattress and pool toys, and they told us where to eat and what to see in the area. Everything spotlessly clean, the house is air-conditioned and the windows have mosquito nets. Beautiful view. You can feel at home there.
Lepiej niż można oczekiwaćNowoczesny dom w świetnym stanie, w kuchni jest wszystko co potrzeba, a nawet więcej. Gospodarze – cudowni, serdeczni, zawsze chętnie do pomocy, gdy widzieli, że jest z nami dziecko dostarczyli materac i zabawki do basenu, podpowiedzieli gdzie zjeść, co zobaczyć w okolicy. Wszystko nieskazitelnie czyste, dom klimatyzowany, w oknach moskitiery. Piękny widok. Można się tam czuć jak w domu.
Without doubt the best designed and equiped Villa we have ever stayed in.
A lot of love has gone into this villa, and you can feel it. Everything is taken care of down to the last detail.

A beautiful and comfortable property, modern and well equipped, ideal for 8 people. Very good contact with the owners. During our stay there was a water supply failure in the municipality. Tatjana and her son brought us drinking water, water for washing and a sweet treat.
Piękny i komfortowy obiekt, nowocześnie wyposażony, idealny dla 8 osób. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielami. W czasie pobytu wystąpiła awaria wodociągów w gminie. Tatjana z synem dostarczyli nam wodę pitną, do celów sanitarnych i słodki poczęstunek.

We liked everything. The hosts were supernice. The house and the pool were everything we hoped for.
The villa was wonderful and Peter and Tatjana were very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is superbly equipped and the view was great too. We can definitely recommend it.

The hosts were very kind, prepared for our arrival, and showed us everything. The accommodation was beautiful, well-equipped, and clean, and the surrounding area had a lovely atmosphere. The pool was heated — we stayed in April and were still able to swim.

The best holiday home we have ever stayed in.This is a real gem. The whole house feels new, spotlessly clean, everything is there, every detail has been thought of! The children had a wonderful time in the pool (and with the toys provided) and we enjoyed every moment.
Beste vakantiehuis waar we ooit verbleven.Dit is echt een pareltje. Het hele huis voelt nieuw aan, perfect gepoetst, alles aanwezig, aan alles is gedacht! De kinderen hebben zich super geamuseerd in het zwembad (en het beschikbare speelmateriaal) en wij hebben zalig genoten.
The villa is beautifully located, with an out-of-this-world view of the vineyard from the terrace and the pool. A 10-minute walk away there are several very good restaurants, as well as wineries and olive groves where you can book a tasting. The villa has absolutely everything you need. The owners are lovely and very helpful.
Villa jest przepięknie położona. Ma nieziemski widok z tarasu i basenu na winnicę. 10 min spacerem jest kilka bardzo dobrych restauracji oraz kilka winnic i gajów oliwnych gdzie można umówić sie na degustację. W villi znajduje się absolutnie wszystko co jest potrzebne. Właściciele są przemili i bardzo pomocni.
We spent an extended weekend at this beautiful Vila Eva with a group of friends and couldn’t have been happier – it truly exceeded all our expectations. The Vila Eva is set in a stunning location, surrounded by vineyards, with breathtaking views that you can enjoy from the heated pool and the spacious outdoor area.
The house itself is incredibly comfortable, designed with great attention to detail and equipped to a truly high standard. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with everything you might need – including a dishwasher, a coffee machine, and a large American-style fridge with an ice maker.
The hosts were absolutely amazing – warm, welcoming, very responsive and easygoing. They made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Their hospitality really made a difference.
All in all, a 10/10 stay – we’re already looking forward to coming back!

The hosts are very friendly, very communicative and quick to reach. The location is very quiet and relaxing, a place to simply enjoy.
Gostitelji so zelo prijazni, zelo komunikativni in so zelo hitro dosegljivi. Lokacija je zelo mirna, sproščujoča in lahko uživaš.
Rating 12/10TOP – the location, the pool, the villa, the owners! Superbly equipped kitchen with every gadget you could want. The children, of course, loved the heated pool most! Lovely garden overlooking the vineyard, a quiet and well-kept location. We had a great time and will definitely be back!
Ocena 12/10TOP – lokacija, bazen, vila, lastniki! Odlično opremljena kuhinja z vsemi možnimi pripomočki. Otrokom je bil, seveda, najbolj všeč ogrevan bazen! Čudovit vrt z razgledom na vinograd, mirna in urejena lokacija. Imeli smo se super, sigurno še pridemo!
Excellent holiday house for families, great rural locationWhen we (2 families, 4 adults, 4 children) visited in August 2024 the house was very new, very clean, very well-designed and very comfortable. It has a large indoor dining area, large outdoor dining area (with BBQ, beside the pool), a large living room, and 4 large bedrooms. The kitchen was a good size, with a large fridge/freezer. The air conditioner worked very well. It was a great holiday house for our group.
The location of the house is excellent for visiting the Slovenian beaches. There are lots of wine- and olive oil-tasting destinations nearby.
A great vacation spot for two families. Big house, many rooms, with a great saltwater pool.Big house, with lots of rooms, and all the equipment that comes with it (grill, toys, kitchen …). The saltwater pool is really nice. Hot water shower next to the pool. Clean front yard. Everything is new.
